Sorry to say but I just don't have time to do bike servicing anymore. My full time job and side projects are taking up all my time, and sadly, I have to let playing with bikes go. I'd recommend Tom Wallace, Strathpine and the mighty Velo as close-ish shops that I'd take my bike to for a decent service by good mechanics. This is just off the top of my head, and no judgement on other bikeshops in the area.
